报告题目：Organizational learning, productivity, R & D investment and China’s outward foreign direct investment: evidences from Chinese listed companies 摘要：With the development of China’s economy, more and more Chinese enterprises “going out” to participate in international competition, and engage in international operations. Since China’s outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) increase rapidly, it is urgent to study which internal factors of the firm affect the firms’ foreign direct investment decisions. Based on the financial data and OFDI data of Chinese Listed Companies over 2005--2013, this study first investigate how the organizational learning, productivity, R&D investment affects the firms’ outward direct investment decision The kernel density function and statistical method both show that the organizational learning, productivity and of the firms’ engaging in OFDI is significantly higher than those not engaging OFDI. The empirical results also show that the enterprise organizational learning, productivity and R&D investment all have a significant positive influence on the firm’s OFDI decisions, and the impact of these factors on the OFDI decisions of the manufacturing sector is also significant.
