简介

437必赢会员中心网页版副教授,硕士生导师。中国信息经济学会理事、互联网经济与跨境电商专委会副秘书长,中国老年学和老年医学学会智慧医养分会青工委成员,信息系统协会会员、电子商务与网络空间管理专委会会员。担任 Journal of Management Information Systems, Information & Management, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management 等SSCI收录期刊的同行评议员。

核心研究成果发表在 Journal of Management Information Systems  (FT 50, ABS 4),  Tourism Management  (ABS 4),  Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Information Management  (IF="18.958)等期刊中。论文成果曾获教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)青年成果奖。现主持国家自然科学基金2项,参加国家自然科学基金项目、北京市社科基金项目多项。

主要关注虚拟团队和分布式协作中的设计和行为问题(Design and behavioral issues),如:

  • 元宇宙背景下/VR/AR的新兴协作模式研究等;

  • 在线社区中的群体智慧(Wisdom of crowds);

  • 人与人工智能(AI)机器人协作行为(Human-AI collaboration);

  • 共享经济与直播商务中的人际、人机协作问题;

  • 传统小规模虚拟团队的研究;

  • 众包与开放式创新平台中的大规模群体协作(Mass collaboration);

  • 计算机支持下的协作学习(CSCL)。

同时,也积极关注各类新兴技术(如VR,人工智能等)在旅游管理、酒店管理中的运用,以及网络营销中的个体行为和平台管理等问题。
